Upload the artwork and the size you need. You get the numbers that decide whether a design can be embroidered at all — before paying anything.

How an order runs

- 03Approve the prepared art. Lettering is redrawn to embroidery sizes; you confirm the words before anything is stitched.

One purchase per design. A revision round covers size, placement, thread color and small shape fixes for 30 days. Our own mistakes are fixed free and never use a round. What a change round covers, what arrives in the folder and what we do not do, next to what the other digitizing services publish.

What do I get?
The stitch files for your machine, plus a stitch simulation and the thread list. Basic covers DST and PES; Standard and above add JEF, EXP and VP3; Premium and Enterprise also include the editable source file.
How long does it take?
Delivery takes 1–3 business days, most orders the same day.
Is it automatic?
Partly. An engine drafts the file with our own rule set, and a digitizer checks and, where needed, corrects every file before it is delivered. Nothing is sent out unchecked.
Can you use a photograph?
A photograph has to be redrawn as flat shapes first, so those orders are digitized by hand. Flat logos with clear edges are the ones the engine handles well.
What if the file is wrong?
Anything that is our mistake is fixed free and does not use a revision round. Basic includes 1 revision round, Standard 2, Premium 5 and Enterprise unlimited, for 30 days.
